Default Oil of Oregano

Just wondering what oil of oregano has done for you and whether you took the capsules or liquid.

Yeah there is another poll on this. But I answered your since you took the time to put it out.

I take the liquid form and I've lost weight, well more weight since I've been on it.

Cheers.

I just started taking it this week. I haven't noticed anything yet, though my energy is very good -- could be I've got over the first week of induction tiredness, or could be the oregano, I don't know!

I have been using it for 5 days. Haven't noticed any weight loss, but I do feel better. Stomach not as upset. I think I have a yeast problem and it is helping the symptoms. I have more energy, so I'll continue taking it. I take the liquid form. Too bad it tastes so AWFUL!

I have been taking the capsules for 2 to 3 months. I have lost very little, but the are many benefits other than weight loss. Check out the orginal post as suggested. There is a ton of info out there. I'm sure it will give you all the info you want. As I recall it was a very large thread.

I took enteric coated capsules with oil inside....not for losing weight, but to fight an attack of the "yeastie bugs". Yes...I did lose weight while taking them, but I also severely restricted my diet to eliminate possible sources of mold...and also took other supplements with it.

Started with liquid, switched to caps. I didn't see any real weight loss with it, but the allergy symptoms went away, so I stay with it.

This is a funny story, and kinda raunchy. I started taking the gelcaps, and I have been losing an average of .5 pounds a day. For the first week I had a huge headache and very gassy. I tried to always get to the bathroom before releasing, but a few times, I didnt make it. The funny part is, my son, age 12...kept saying.."I have a craving for Italian food"...I felt bad, but I would just laugh. I agree with anyone who says it makes you smell like pizza:-)
