Thumbs up Lasagna type thing of sorts!

OK this came out pretty good try if ya want to try

1-2lb Ground BEef
Ricotta (polly-o type in the tub)
2 small Onions
1 cup mushrooms
fresh garlic
grated motzzerella

Brown the beef in a pot, then add any amount of ricotta ya want, depending on how much meat your using, and how much ya like......

In a seperate pan brown onions and mushrooms, and fresh garlic

Add mushrooms and onions to the meat and ricotta, and mix well

then add shredded mozz. and mix

You can add some cheese on top and salt and pepper to taste!

Its quick and easy and tastes good! Hope ya like =)

Smile This is great!

Thank you for your recipe! I've been wanting lasagna for a while, but I don't have an oven and this is stove top! I added the Ricotta in last and let it simmer when put into bowls.. Yum!
Thank you!!!!
