Question whole eggs

I have these wonderful organic omega enriched eggs - I've been eating them 5 days a week for years and have great HDL/LDL ratio. I would rather use 2 whole eggs rather than 6 egg whites. Is this permissible, and how would I figure out the blocks? I don't know which site to use.

Egg yolks contain saturated fat and arachidonic acid (a building block for bad eicosanoids), therefore it is recomended to limit their intake.
One whole egg = 1 protein block and 1 fat block
Two egg whites = 1 protein block and 0 fat blocks
