Double cream and cocoa

I had a massive puddin craving so I mixed 2 tablespoons Devon double cream (100 g. has 2.4 carbs) with 1/2 tablespoon cocoa and 1/2 a packet of splenda. Altough 2 tablespoons is not alot it was all I needed. Very rich. Double cream is 48% fat. The texture was between pudding and mouse (sp?)........B
