Default Fake N Bake

Here's the recipe I use for Fake N Bake. It tastes like the real thing and everything comes out crunchy.

Fake N Bake
1/4 cup gluten flour (5 ECC)
2 Tblsp flax seed meal (0 ECC)
Spices to taste:
---salt
---pepper
---poultry seasoning
---lots of paprika
---lots of onion powder

Mix all dry ingredients and put in food processor. Add 1/2 to 1 T of fat of your choice (can be oil or solid). Blend until it's evenly distributed.

Put it in a paper bag and shake your food (chicken, pork chops, zucchini, hot dogs, etc.)

It's fantastic!!! Works out to less than 1 carb per piece for boned chicken breasts and thighs. I like to coat an entire rolled pork roast with it.
