Here we go again...
Hi everyone. Back again. Finally worked through the 'head stress' that was keeping me eating the wrong things. January was good - all healthy good lo-carb choices. February brings the exercise component. Subsequent months will be upping activity or adding new things. Slow and steady for life. I know I can do it.
