Surprised they didn't list Xylitol. I know she's a real foodie and it is technically a processed ingredient. Since the body is only set to handle a little, one has to gradually build up to ingesting it (it's fine then but will give the runs before that. Not as miserable on gut/runs as sugar alcohols like maltitol, though.)

But the research on this for health, let alone teeth including *repairing existing cavities* is stunning.

Has anyone here tried activated charcoal for teeth whitening? I saw the recommendation in the post and thought I might give it a try.
