New to Low Carb
Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself. I am new to Low Carb dieting as I have been doing the low fat high fibre thing for a number of years. I am hoping that this forum will give me great encouragement and I can't wait to read your stories.
Welcome - you will probably find this a welcome change - high fat and low carb means no hunger, no mood swings, no cravings - sounds pretty good, right?
They did change a few tiny things in induction - now they say caffeine is ok, but people still have different reactions. It is an individual journey, in the end.
