Look at this beautiful stew. I hope to make it as soon as I'm back in PDX. Just ignore the "serve over rice" suggestion and it is perfect for LC.

I have had it and it was fantastic.

You have to understand I hate fish so that's a huge statement from me.

The only fish I like is from Latin and South America. Although I recently had some trout from the Great Lakes which was pretty good.
