Low Carb Ice Cream
Perfect for us low carbers and tastes pretty good... makes a nice change from copious amounts of meat eggs etc.
5 egg yolks
280ml Double Cream
3 teaspoons of vanilla extract (sugar free)
24 teaspoons of Splenda
1/2 pint of water
Blend the eggs, vanilla, splenda and water together
In a separate bowl whip up the cream until thick
Fold yolk mixture into cream trying to retain the consistency
Pour into a tub and freeze for 2-3 hours
Low carb ice cream - Done.
