Hi! I came across the Atkins board recently and decided to join in, since I'm new to the low-carb approach and have lots of questions.

My name is Aimee, I have been doing Atkins for about 5 weeks, and I'm a big fan so far. I'm still trying to get used to eating so much fat, since I had always been a believer in low-fat diets. We really live in a low-fat world...aaahh

Anyway, I suppose I will be posting my questions and comments on the Atkins board for the most part.
