Default Fiesta Dip mix

My dad always has a bag of this stuff on hand, and it's quite tasty. I like to eat it with vegetables or cheese chips.

Fiesta Dip:

Mix:
1/2 cup dried parsley
1/3 cup minced onion
1/4 cup dried chives
1/3 cup chili powder
1/4 cup ground cumin
1/4 cup salt [note-I don't know if I'd use this much salt, it makes it really salty. I personally would halve that amount, but it's up to you!]

Combine all above ingredients well and keep in a ziploc bag.

Dip:
3 tbsp Fiesta Dip Mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream

Blend all ingredients well, and refriegerate until ready to use.

When I figured out the carb count on this, it came to approximately 1.2g per 2 tbsp serving, so it's not too bad. It has a nice flavor and makes celery palatable. (^_^)
