Default Quick and Easy Crustless Pizza Recipe

Ingredients for crustless pizza

1 red or green pepper
sliced mozarella cheese
1 can pizza sauce
1 can mushrooms
1 package of sliced ham

Slice pepper and put in a glass bread pan. Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. Next, add the rest of the ingredients. Layer in any arrangement. Microwave for 4 more minutes or less depending on your microwave. This is really good and it's quick and easy!

I have one that's easier. On a plate, lay out a single layer of small pepperoni slices and cover it with mozzarella cheese (shredded or sliced part-skim). Microwave until cheese is melted and bubbly. Sprinkle a little oregano, red pepper, or Italian seasoning on top and eat with a fork. It's oily but good.

This is often dinner for me.

Yip, I also do the pepperoni slices and cheese plate! I just add some onion and tomato slices as well to increase my veggie intake.. It works well with ham or roast beef too. Sometimes it's only cheese and veggies.. no meat.

I was looking for a pepperoni pizza recipe and just tried this, first time I made one. I didn't microwave but baked in the oven in a pie plate. Added some sliced black olives and cilantro. It was wonderful, I now have a new favorite quickie meal!
