Default Mock Oatmeal

This is so simple!

Mock Oatmeal:
(1) low carb tortilla
2 Tablespoons butter
cinnamon and Splenda to taste

Combine all ingredients in a food proceessor. Grind until tortilla is in even size crumb. Put into a microwavable bowl and microwave on high for 40 seconds.

It's a small portion, but it's very tasty and satisfying.
For an extra added treat, drizzle cream cheese frosting over the top.

Frosting:
1oz cream cheese
1 packet Splenda
1 Tablespoon butter

Microwave on 50% power for 30-45 seconds.

Carbs:
In oatmeal without frosting = 6 (using 1 packet splenda)
In oatmeal with frosting = 8
