Default Cheese Sticks

I'm pretty sure these are already posted, but just in case not here's something quick, easy, and oh so tastey!!!
NEED:
Mozzarella Cheese Sticks (I use prepackaged ones)
Pizza sauce
Non-stick pan

Simply warm a non-stick pan to a good temperature and add some mozzerella cheese sticks to the pan for about 30 seconds or so until the side touching the pan melts under the stick and turns brown. Slide off of pan and onto plate and drizzle some pizza sauce on 'em. Voila! Instant Cheese Sticks!!!!

Enjoy! Buona Petit!

hey julez! You can drop them in a bath wash and then thru some PARM CHEESE and then in hot oil turning before they completely melt... just be sure to put a TON of seasonings in the parm to get even more taste! That just takes too much work though and dropping them into a hot pan takes 30 seconds with no preparations!

Nah, I just buy the one lowest in sugars -- but I DO believe you can just get a really low in sugar can of tomato sauce and add oregano and italian seasonings and stuff, too! -- If you just use a little drizzle, regular pizza sauce won't hurt!

I've been hunting for a food de-hydrator around my community.

I've been craving veggie chips and cheese sticks.
This recipe would be good with veggie chips too!

I have one, but if you can't find one, you can make everything in your oven. Takes longer, but works in a pinch. I need to break mine out.. hadn't thought of it, until your post! thanks..

Wonder what a good set of seasonings would be for the cheese sticks. I love the taste of the ones you get from the market that are breaded.

Default Queso Blanco

INGREDIENTS:

1 block of Queso Blanco (Hispanic cheese that doesn't melt, found in the cheese section of your larger food markets, has a mild salty taste)
Frying oil
Marinara or ranch for dipping
PREPARATION:

Cut cheese into sticks about 2-3 inches long and 1/2 inch thick. Heat the oil over medium/high heat. Carefully place each stick in a row in the oil. After 10 seconds of frying flip to the other side.

Remove from pan and place on paper towel to drain.
