Cool How do you make Good Eggnog?

I love eggnog but it has so much carbs. There has to be a LC way of making it. Is there also a recipe that doesn't need heating?

Here's one from the LowCarb Luxury group. I have never tried it. If you do, let us know how you like it.

If you use raw eggs in the eggnog, you need to heat it to kill any harmful bacteria like salmonela.
That recipe sounds interesting.

Heating also thickens it and gives a smooth and creamy mouthfeel.
