Homocyseine tests

I'm about to have a homocysteine test. Has anyone had this done if so what were the results and did it help with the aches, pains & exhaustion? I've had my adrenal gland & cortisol checked and I'm running on empty there so I'm taking supplements for that but no change yet! Still feel ill.
