Default doughnuts/fritters!

I've been looking for doughnut recipes, and the ones i found here, had ingredence that i didn't. So I tried this. Months ago i found a recipe for the "best ever cake" or something like that. I put some canolia oil in a deep pan and heated, (kinda low heat to build) i made 2/3 cup of almond flour, 2 table spoons of splenda, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 tablespoons melted butter one egg, and a dab of water to thin, and table spoon low carb brown sugar. Mix it all up good, and drop by spoonfuls, or less. Fry so its golden brown, sprinkle a little more splenda and cinnimon. They're pretty darn good! It's a work in progress, so any other ideas, variasions would be most appriecated.
Thanks,
jacki
