LOL, I didn't realize what this was about until I opened it!!
Never stripped - early on I was too embarassed to seek out strips in a pharamacy, then I had good results and it seemed pointless, then I got the bad breath, then I moved to far into OWL to be in keotosis. And I am glad things turned out this way - they seem to be more trouble then they are worth!
I tend to use the strips for a day or two a few times a day and then when I've established that I'm in ketosis the strips kind of fall by the wayside. Now see, I THOUGHT this thread was going to be about real stripping, such as - do you wear less clothing the more weight you lose - which I definitely do ~ You can always tell when I've put on a few pounds because my skirts get longer, and I start wearing blazers!
When I started 2 years ago. I stripped every morning with out fail but found them to be inaccurate. One day they would almost purple and the next barely pink. I spoke a pharmacist and he said that they were not always dependable. If they are old that they may not provide an accurate reading. So, quit using them. You had me going. Great thread.
I test every am and sometimes during the day, several times on weekends. In 10 months I have gone through several bottles of test strips. I often skip the scale but never the strip.
this is hillarious...
I use the strips daily.. well i used to.. actually ran out about a month or two ago.. and have just reordered some...
I feel lost when i don't strip...
Plus.. i haven't lost a lb since i stopped using them..
some inches..but no lbs.. so i'm back on the stripper wagon...
*flings a stocking in the air to get this thread heated up* LOL!!!
