Default Blew it today

I don't post often here but mostly read everyone's posts. They always seem so positive, I've been on Atkins before with good sucess and only gained 2 lbs back over 6 months of not quite but still watching those carbs. I have 15 more I'd like to lose and went back on induction last Thurs. Blew it totally today with wine, ice cream and french fries. Back on it tomorrow as I know I feel so much better doing the LC WOE, I know I'll feel awful tomorrow. jeri

Just pick yourself up, dust off and get back on track

We all stumble occasionaly. There may be a few extra pounds, and worse some cravings to overcome, but I know you can do it.

Hmm...just add Pizza and Chinese food, and you've got my 5 favorite food groups. It happened, it's over, move on. No big deal. Just get up tomorrow and start fresh. Good luck.

Yeah it sucks to get set back but all you can do is start again tomorrow, you have nothing to lose...except fat!

Hi Jeria,

You didn't blow it. You just made some bad choices and had an "off" day. Put it behind you, put your chin up, suck that tummy in and charge forward!!!!!

A couple of lowcarb meals will put you right back in the swing of things!

Thanks everyone, Haven't had much time to be on the computer this week. Have done soo much better and have lost 3 lbs this week even with my day of induldging in the forbidden foods. This is good and I KNOW that I feel soo much better eating low-carbs, no sugar. jeri
