Taco Dip 2
(makes 2 lbs)

Ingredients
16 ounces of sour cream
16 ounces of cream cheese
1 pkg of taco seasoning
1 cup of shredded lettuce
1 cup of tomatoes (diced)
1/2 cup of green onion (chopped)
1 large bag of Mexican blend grated cheese

Directions
Blend sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning. Spread evenly on serving tray or plate. Layer remaining ingredients in any order saving the cheese for last to spread evenly over the dip.


I eat these with LC chips and or pork rind

This sounds good, but doesn't taco seasoning have cornstarch and sugar in it? If so, is it insignificant?

Most taco seasonings do, but I found that Chi Chi's Fiesta Restaurante seasoning mix is pretty safe... it does have 2 carbs per tsp, but that is much less than the other's I've seen. It is mostly dried onion, green chilies, garlic and other spices. Its what I use for taco salad...

My taco seasonsings says 4 grams of Carbs for 2t not sure if that is a bad thing or not
