Default Yum Yum!

Just tried the Flax-o-meal butter pecan pancake mix.

Ooooh it was soooo yummy in my tummy

Just wish it didn't cost so bloody much, I can't be spending that amount of money on breakfast things.

I bought the mix from http://www.lowcarbmegastore.com

3g of carb for 2 pancakes, but £7.85 a pack

I also bought the walden farms pancake syrup, which is not bad, not as good as real maple, but no worse than any of the maple clones you buy in the supermarkets.

But I tried this recipe http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=111641 last weekend. It was very tasty and the butter 'syrup' is very yummy. Good for an occasional treat.
