Hi Dakota Girl, I grew up in ND but now I live in Michigan. My parents are in Dickinson and I graduated from High School in Bismarck. I usually get out there once a year. How long have you been doing this? I don't know anything about somercize.

I have been somersizing only for a week I have been on it before and stayed on it for a year and lost alot of weight...dickenson is only 83 miles or so away from me i am about 27-35 miles from the montana border not very far away

I'm an hour north of Minot, way up by the border.. the wee little town of Sherwood. My daughter just moved to Fago, though, and my son has doctors in Grand Forks.
