Goals for July 19 through October 16

1) Avoid all snacking between meals & after dinner
2) < 35 net carbs everyday, but aim for < 20 net carbs
3) Four 3 meal "Feast" days per week. Low Carb/unrestricted Calories
4) Three 18 to 36 hour IFs per week.

Met goals 1 & 2: 9 days
Off Target: 0 days
Met Weekly IF goal: 1 (week 2 of 13)

Tuesday: . 3 meals. 25 net carbs, 269g protein and 2750 calories. 24 hour fast today - IF number 2 of 3 for this week.

Met my fasting goal yesterday, but did not meet my restaurant goal. Hubs surprised me and took me out to dinner and to see Black Widow last night. Oh well, we enjoyed ourselves and both made excellent choices.

Fast Daily: 53/90 (started 06/01/21, ends 08/29/21)
No FF or Restaurants: 7/90 (started 07/19/21, ends 10/17/21)
