This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently every day with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.
Start by putting the date and then your weight. Each day, copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. (Hint: an easy way to do this is to hit "quote" in your previous post, then delete the quote tags in your new post. This will preserve any formatting and smilies you had.) It's a good way to keep a record of your progress. |
Thanks Kristine! Count me in for this month - mostly for accounting purposes. I'm going to attempt M-W-F ADF and am curious how the scale will go up and down. Also hoping this thread will give me the little boost to stick the M-W-F's more consistently since there's an element of accountability - at least to post ones scale weight each day; up, or down.

Mini Goal: To be able to wear my purple blouse. It never fit before. Goal: 243 by April 11th-which would be a 20 pound loss since Jan. 11 Goal: To Swim This Summer Goal: Be able to go to Starbucks this December (if I have transportation) Long Term Goal: To break 220 by Jan 1, 2021. Jan. 11--263 Feb. 1--- 253 A loss of Ten Pounds. March 1- 252 A loss of One Pound. April 1 - 249 A loss of Three Pounds. ----------------------------------------------- Total Loss 2020 = 16 pounds If only I had not binged I would be much farther along.
