Diarrhea is much less common than constipation. Here's a previous thread with some ideas to fix diarrhea, but if you are using any artificial sweeteners, stop those ...that seems the most common reason.

I'm sorry if this isn't the right place, but I've been trying to upload before photos in the gallery but it keeps giving me an error saying that the photo can't be resized and to contact the webmaster.

I've tried with the photos being small, I've made them all the way up to 600x600, but it never uploads?

but in general, because this is an old platform, the sizes allowed are Very Small.
You can find the details above, but it has to be smaller both in pixels total, and in dimensions. I use a resize function that is under Edit in my photo app, but it always takes multiple tries. Keep working on it...Good Luck!

Atkins has always worked for me but as I have gotten older I have to adhere to strict limits on dairy (even stricter than the plan) and all my carbs have to pretty much come from veggies for me to lose. I lost over 100 pounds on Atkins about 10 years ago. Then about 7 years ago a lot happened with my family and I was in a caregiving situation that left me with no way to focus on my own needs and I gained half back. I am now losing again - down 42 today-- to avoid bariatric surgery if I can. There is an Atkins forum here.
