Mock French Fries
6 ounces radishes
1 Egg
Crushed Pork Rinds


Slice the radish like French Fries.
Beat egg in a bowl
Coat " fries" in egg mixture
Put fries in a bag filled with crushed Pork Rinds and shake
Put fries in pan containing 1/4 inch hot oil
Cook until golden brown and crispy
