One thing I really like about this low carb plan is how you lose weight so quickly(at least in the biginning).After about the first month I usually get stalled but it sure is encouraging to see the scale drop.

Looks like your out the gate with a great start!! Congrats to you. You might check out Nu-salt as well, its a great source of potassium as well and no pills to swallow
