Default The obese are not all alike, new study finds

Oh my! Researchers have just discovered that the obese are not all alike! The differences don't seem to have a great deal to do with physiology, diet and/or exercise. (Unless you extrapolate.) It's an interesting list but one I would never have dreamed up on my own.

Some people are 5' tall, others are 6' tall, but no amount of diet and exercise will change that. The real question should be: why did it take researchers so long to realize that people do not all store fat and use fat in the same way?

My doctor is an OB/GYN that lost 80 pounds herself. She is now certified in Obesity Medicine and says there are over 200 causes of obesity.

Personal experience w/o scientific proof.

Same low carb diet for years.
Was gaining weight(about 10lbs) last couple months for unknown reason(menopause???)
Yes, sweat a lot in sleeping.

Got a serious stomach pain. Can not move, can not sleep. Call Family MD who just got back from vacation with 2 weeks back log. Went to Emergency.
Got 2 antibiotics prescription. The pills kill lots of things inside my body which also mess up my taste and moode and many things....

Come to the point. 10 days later(done w/ antibiotics).

Same low carb diet for years.

I am losing weight(about 4lbs) now.

Yes, the diets are exactly same, chicken(soup or fried), fibder, nuts.

Apparently, Micros inside our body play much larger roles than we know or believe.
