Default Pulmonary Hypertension?

Hey all,

I got a print out at the GP office today(for heart ultrasound) and it says this on it..

"Pulmonary arterial pressure is estimated to be 27 mmHg."

Is that Pulmonary Hypertension? When I google what is normal values, it lists 10-20 mmHg..

I don't see anything in the CONCLUSIONS about it just the findings, but then again I only have page 1 of 2 here with me.. dr only handed me 1 page.. So now it has me wondering if there were more conclusions on the second page.. I was rushing out of there told him to just print for me and I would talk to cardio if needed..(I was running late and needed to leave also had a 2 year old that was TIRED of waiting in room for an hour before dr came in to see us!)
