Default I am so happy and pleased with lowcarb!

Day 2, yesterday, was difficult. I was super grouchy, tired and craving pizza, enchiladas and brownies all at the same time.

Byt the evening I was in ketosis and my constant brain fog was gone!

Between perimenopause, a sleep disorder, and low thyroid mental fogginess seemed to be a given. I spend a lot of my free time sitting around because I don't have that much energy. I never suspected the cause could be carbs.

I am so happy I just wanted to share a good thing I discovered about lowcarb.

It's like a light went on in a dark room when the fog lifts, yes? Hang in there, it gets even better.

During the first week I'm of induction I'm usually a bit tired and lacking in energy but by the second week I have energy to spare. I'll find myself bouncing from foot to foot as I do dishes. I wasn't even aware of it until my husband commented on it.

Its wonderful. I've mostly done LC with carbups (that turn into binges) and I never got this great feeling before.
