Talking Amazing Results in Just 3 Weeks!

Wow, I can't believe this! I should have done this YEARS ago. Here are my stats for the past 3 weeks on Atkins.

Week 1 - Lost 10.5 lbs.
Week 2 - Lost 0.5 lbs. ??? Not sure what happened here!
Week 3 - Lost 9.0 lbs.

I think it's pretty safe to say I have fairly low metabolic resistance...and I've been in Ketosis every single day since I started.

For a grand total of 20lbs. in 3 weeks !! I am soooo excited. I already feel a lot better. I can't even imagine how I'll feel when I hit goal. This has actually been a VERY easy road so far. I have not cheated even ONCE, nor do I have the desire to. I plan on doing induction for at least 5-6 months. I think it's because I really WANT it this time. That's why I'm finding it so easy.

I just wanted to share my success with you guys! When I first started 3 weeks ago I had just been diagnosed with diabetes. I'm happy to report that they have held off giving me medications, because my sugar levels have never been above 5.5 in 3 week....even after I eat my levels remain well within normal limits.

I can't believe I'm really doing this! To anyone else struggling, trust me, if I can do this, so can you! I have 2 year old twins who keep me quite busy all day, but I now MAKE the time for myself! I need to do it for ME so that I can be here with my boys for as long as possible.

Thanks for all the support guys, you're awesome!

hi hmt!!
What a FANTASTIC job ! I think the pounds just MELT off doing this woe!! The secret is never to go back to the way you were eating before - this has to be a lifetime commitment!! No more BAD carbs!! I've found if I want to eat something I shouldn't, just a bite or two will satisfy me after not having those foods for almost 2 years.
Keep up the good work

Really, really nice job hmt ! The plan does work. Hope you will continue to feel better and better -- think of all the things you can do more comfortably with those twins, not to speak of being able to chase them around easier ! Happy Low Carbing, and wishing you much success, Alma
