Default Chocolate Gold - Liquor From The Gods!

MMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

I HAVE to share what I have found to be, my 'Chocolate Gold', that fills my spirit with joy and peace.

Scharffen Berger 70% chocolate - one 2" square (you can use their 82% also)

One teaspoon butter

Melt - add 1-2 drops vanilla flavored Stevia (or your choice of AS)

Stevia works well, because I use the liquid.

EAT!

Oh my! This is to die for!

Now .. I occasionally put this on top of some chocolate or plain low-carb 'instant cheesecake' ... which I'm eating as I type.

This has given me such pleasure ... I shall have it every day.

Sounds delicious, has it hindered your weightloss?

Sounds interesting. I just bought hubby and I "Green & Blacks" 85% dark chocolate bars. They are 1/2 carb per square (tiny squares, actual serving is 12 squares). We eat one square or up to 3 squares a day. I've found the extra bitterness to satisfy my sweet tooth much easier than milk chocolate in the old days.

I love green and blacks. I can actually eat just one square and be satisfied. If I try and eat one square of milk chocolate, I end up eating the entire bar

Same here ... the dark chocolate seems to satisfy me much more than the milk chocolate ever did.

But you know, if I can't have SOME chocolate and some treats, like cream ... a bit of dark chocolate, and peanut butter (natural), I don't think I can stay with LC.
