Default Key lime cheesecake fluff

This is the easiest thing in the world and TOTALLY delicious:

12 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. whipping cream, beaten to stiff peaks
2T (or more) key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
6 drops (more or less) sweetzfree or equivalent splenda

Beat the cream cheese until totally smooth, then add lime juice and splenda and beat well to combine. Taste for sweetness/tartness at this stage - it should be a little stronger than you want it because the cream will tone down the flavor a bit. Add extra lime juice/sweetener as needed and blend thoroughly. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into individual ramekins (I find the recipe fills 4 8oz ramekins perfectly) and refrigerate. Enjoy!

This is sooooo good. I made this and had to quickly come up with some plan before I ate everything. I remembered these popsicle molds I had bought and I filled them up and froze them. Last night I had one when I got home from work. I'm going to enjoy this recipe this summer. Thanks for posting.
