Default one big brownie

I invented this yesterday, and (unfortunately) it was so good I've had two today.

1/4 cup almond flour
1-2 tsp canola oil or butter
2 packets splenda
1 egg
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla
pinch baking powder

Combine ingredients and bake 8 minutes at 350. I folded some heavy tin foil into a little square and sprayed it with cooking spray, but you could use a ramekin too I'll bet.

Mmmmmm I love brownies. This sounds awsome. How many carbs does it have?

Sorry. 3 from the cocoa powder, 6 from the almond flour, 1 from the egg = 10, and 5g fiber in the almond flour, so 5 net. I think splenda packets have a carb or so as well.

I've just made this - yum! Great invention. I made it with Green & Blacks organic cocoa powder and divided the mixture between two little ramekins. It's plenty for two desserts, especially with a little double (heavy) cream and a few raspberries. The best thing is I ate it while wearing my new (next size down) jeans!!

That sure does sound good!

I almost accosted a woman at the grocery store because she had a box of my favorite brownie mix (Pillsbury Cream cheese brownies) and I'm guessing a little cream cheese/egg mixture swirled throughout these may be similar!

i used sf torani instead of splenda- it took a LOT longer to bake and ended up much more cake like than brownie. Tasted good but definitely airy like cake, not at all dense like a brownie?

Anyone else have this happen?

BTW, took about 22 minutes to bake in a ramekin.
