Default Pork recipe

I kind of adapted this from the coconut milk soup recipe in the soups section. I can't remember who posted it, only the really cute bunny avitar. I must be a visual person.

Anyway.

I diced up some pork and browned that. Looking for something to add I dug through the cuboards and came up with coconutmilk, so I came on here and looked at the ingredients she used in the soup recipe, this is basically what I came up with.

Diced pork browned in skillet, then I added
mushrooms
Sliced fresh ginger, cooked these down a touch
1 can coconut milk
a healthy dose of cyanne pepper to give it some zing.
A couple splashes soy sauce when all done.

As far as I can remember that was all I put in it. I then placed the sauce on top of some of those tofu noodles (shiraki?). It came out great and I could eat off it for a couple of days. It was one of those clean out the cuboard meals that came out great.
