Wow! My little local store only had goat cheese herbed with basil and garlic, so I got garlic faux mashed potatoes. That was fantastic! I can't wait to have the rest of it tomorrow. Thanks!

I may have been a little heavy on the parmesan (it was Regianno), so it reminded me of my most successful attempt at polenta, which is, after all, just a vehicle for the parmesan.
