Default Hamburger Crust Pizza

Made this up after looking at a bunch of different pizza type recipes. Didn't want to use any low-carb products just all regular stuff. Ended up being really good!!!!

1lb Hamburger (browned)
1 egg
1 Cup Tomato/Alfredo Sauce
1 Cup Shredded Motz.
Pepperoni Slices
Veggies of your choice. (I used mushrooms and olives in the can to keep it simple and quick)

Combine browned hamburger with egg, press into a pan (I used a 9"x9" glass pan) spread sauce on top, then add cheese, add toppings like a pizza.
Bake until cheese is bubbly, 350-375 for about 25 minutes.

The sauce I used was Classico and it had 3 net carbs per 1/4 cup. Any other low sugar-carb sauce will do.

You might want to spice the hamburer up a little to add a little more flavor, I didn't do that but will next time.

I was wondering if this could be made in 'induction'; does anyone know?

Everything is fine for induction except the sauce. You can find an induction safe sauce on this site if you search that would work fine. Also, just make sure you don't over do it with veggies.

Made this the other night and it was wonderful. My husband said it was better the second day as leftovers but we both agreed it was yummy either way!
