Default new treat

Just thought I'd share a treat I made up last night. I was wanting something and whipped up some cream, dug around and found a box of orange jell-o (sf) and put about half of it in the cream and mixed it up. It was really good except a little gritty. I think I'll try to dissolve it in a tiny bit of hot water than mix it in the cream. Yummy.

Ohhh, that does sound good. I will try that. I may freeze some jell-o alone too for popsicles.

Last night I took a 8 oz bar of cream cheese softened it, added a pack of sf jello (i used strawberry banana, but any would work), 1 cup boiling water and 3/4 cup cold water. Mixed that all together and let it set in the fridge. Then topped it with whipping cream. It was yummy. I wanna try this with the orange next.

I am still kind of new to fitday and My P.L.A.N but when I put it all in, I came up with about 2 carbs per serving. I used a small box of the jello and it fed my whole family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) and we still have some left.

my mom used to make something like this called orange salad. It had whipped cream, orange jello, cottage cheese, and mandarin orange slices. That might work for LCers. Only I have my doubts about mandarin oranges from a can. They are probably loaded with sugar.

They are, I checked. This recipe originally called for a can, but I just skipped that part. It still turned out great.

Theother night I wantedsomething sweet and I had some SF jello that I had bought already made up and I took that and put it in a bowl, and took some of that 0 carb heavy whipped cream in a can and sprayed a large amount on top nd then stirred it up- leaving the jello chunky. It was sooo good. It tasted like a creamsicle ( I used orange jello). Talk about easy!
