Default not just breakfast -- how i survive induction

Scrambles: whole carton of eggs scrambled with cooked ground beef, bacon & vegetables (green peppers, mushrooms, scallions, spinach, etc...). I add sour cream to the eggs, and then top with melted cheese. Yum.

No, I cook everything separately while I'm doing laundry or whatever else -- first the hamburger & then the bacon, the vegetables sauteed in a separate pan, and finally the eggs. I dump all the eggs in one pan, scramble them with a fork, add sour cream when they're almost cooked, and finally mix everything together once the eggs are done. At the end I mix with cheese & some fresh scallions.

Yep. I just melt some cheese on it in the microwave. I like too cook large portions & then eat from it for a day or more. Since I have a new baby, I'm short on time, you know?

Yeah, I didn't tell you about the CHOCOLATE. The sugar-free stuff and LC cocoa are my secret indulgences. Just can't give it up!
