With three young children at home I'm always looking for quick and easy meals that the kids will enjoy. One thing that is a must have in my home is chicken nuggets and french fries. My children call this their version of "freedom fries". We have become accustomed to using mayo as a dip, but occassionally we sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top of the fries and dip them in sour cream.

Nuggets:
boneless chicken strips
eggs
grated parmesan cheese
seasonings of your choice
oil for frying

Season chicken and dip into beaten egg, roll chicken in parmesan cheese, drop into hot oil and cook about 7-10 minutes or until done.

Fries
zuchinni
eggs
grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
oil for frying

Cut zuchinni in half length wise, then each half into quarters.
dip in beaten egg and then into grated parmesan cheese. drop in oil and fry til floats.
