Mexican Pizza
This is a recipe I made up from the Deep DIsh Pizza. But its so easy and good.
Mexican Pizza
l egg
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
1/8 cup of moz. cheese and chedder mix cheese
1/4 cup of cheddar cheese
Ground meat = seasoned and drained
2 Tablespoons salsa (mix into meat)
3 Black Olives (sliced thinly)
Cream egg and cream cheese togeter until smooth add 1/8 cup of cheese mix. Pour into small skilled (pray with cooking spray). Cook like you would an omelet. When done and browned lightly. Add ground meat and salsa mixture. Top with Cheese. When cheese is melted top with olives.
Optional: top with sour cream
Calories: 308; carbs 5.5
This can also be done like the deep dish quiche on a larger scale. But this was so easy and fast if you don't want to cook on a large scale.
