Default 7-Minute Miracle

Has anyone tried the 7-minute miracle (or similar) workouts? E.G. high intensity circuit training splits for ~7 minutes, 6 days a week. The book which arrived in the mail this week, sounds plausible. I guess that starting a whole thread on the subject kind of commits me to try it actively and report back on the results.

I've never been one to believe you can accomplish weight lifting/cardio goals in under 10 minutes a day. I can do situps for 10 min a day, 7 days a week but it's not going to give me washboard abs.. lol. You lose the fat, you see the abs.

I am curious about the premise. Please jump right in and give it hell. Then report back to us with your results.

Good luck!
