Thumbs up egg plant lasagna

I made the Eggplant lasagna the other night. I couldn't believe it, it was wonderful. I also made the pizza it too was wonderful. I think I will use the pizza egg part and cook it in a square pan. Take it out after it cools a bit. Slice it thin and use it as the noodles for lasagna. The only thing I would do different for the pizza is to use pizza sauce instead of spaghetti sauce.

The idea of using the base of a Deep Dish Pizza Quiche (DDPQ) recipe is a good one...

...and one that been tested with great results! Here's an example...

Man i love this site. I made the Pizza again last night with ground beef and lots of cheese. I will have to post a cheese cake recipe my wife made. unbelievable! tastes like the real thing but with only like 7 carbs per slice.
