One lunchtime walk today. 45 minutes at 3.2 mph. I'll barely get my 10K steps in today. I expect to do the same tomorrow. I'm feeling pretty good. I should be well rested by the start of the race.
Start time is just 36 hours away. I'm getting super excited about it and yet I KNOW that jogging every mile going to be really, really hard to do. That is a very strange feeling. I'll give it my all and hope for the best.
