1) Daily meditation session on the cushion
2) Eating before noon (EBN).
Observation:
I am turning away from EBN on high activity days, which seem to be almost every day this February. What happens is, with good intent, I eat a large breakfast, go out and expend a lot of energy, then come home and have and am hungry. I am NOT hungry during the day while active.
So, days that I plan on being active I will NOT eat breakfast, it's just seems to be a meal that the fuel for the day from breakfast might as well be coming from my body fat.
I think it would be easier to practice this if I lead a more sedentary lifestyle but maybe not, as I lead a pretty sedentary lifestyle for about 12 years. We'll see, still experimenting with it and will practice it one down days.
