Keto breath
Hi everyone!
I've been doing Atkins for about a week now and the last few days I've developed that sweet taste in the mouth. From what I've read around the place it's normal, and I'm not overly worried about any sneaky health issues.
My question, is there anyway to get rid of the taste? Or knock it down a few notches? It's there all the time, but not noticeable when I eat or drink. Or will this hang around a bit? I can taste it, but it's not strong enough that others smell it on my breath.
I did Atkins years ago and didn't get this, but this time round I had less carb-detox unpleasantness.
