I brought the rules over from the last one.
This is a challenge to lose 5 pounds at a time, hence the name "5 Pounds Challenge."
Anyone can join at anytime.
Just copy the list and add your name at the bottom of the list.
You use the start-weight from the day when you join this challenge, (You always start at 5.0 lbs to go.)
Update your weight as often as you like, moving yourself up when you lose.(remember to change the ranking)
When someone loses 5 lbs we will start a new thread and begin again.
There can be more than one winner! Good Luck!
