Thanks everyone for your help! I'm afraid I may ask too many questions, even though I've read the book it was an older version so I don't know if things has changed much in the updated diet.

I don't think you can ask too many questions. LCing is basically doing something to your body to lose weight and you want to be informed on what you're doing. I think you're very smart to ask as many questions as you can!
