Tea, huh..............I was told no tea at all....herbal or otherwise.

At one time I was a huge green tea drinker - after I got off coffee the first time...............ya that is what final through me into Hashimoto's big time. The more I was sleepy the more tea I drank and the more sleepy I got

All tea's have flouride in them and it is really horrible for people w/thyroid issues.

BIG problem.....................I am not eating enough.........with all the supplements and water I am drinking I don't feel like eating.

I am suppose to start the Nystatin tomorrow (well I was suppose to start last friday).

Any have any thoughts of this drug?..............I am a little nervous as I have a list of meds as long as my arm that I am now allergic to. I am hoping (so is my MD) that the diet and supplement have cleaned out enough yeast that I will not react to the Nystatin.

BWT...........I am only have fairly minor die off sx.............For the most part with all the supplements and OOO and CCO I have been feel much better than I have in a while.
